To finance 60% of the amount needed to purchase the apartment (150,000 euro), with an adjustable rate mortgage, you should pay rate ranging from 10 years to 1383 €, 968 € for 15 years, up to 763 € solution for twenty years. And the proposed fixed rate is even less convenient.
Data from Nino and specifically supplied to him by the banks surveyed, showed a gap of about 2.5 / 3 percentage points between the variable rate tenders and those fixed rate.
