Il factoring è una tipologia di negoziazione tra due soggetti che avviene attraverso la stipula di un contratto che impegna un soggetto a cedere i crediti della propria attività imprenditoriale ad un altro soggetto chiamato factor. I crediti impegnati non sono solo quelli attuali ma anche quelli futuri.
